Do I need any equipment?
Not necessarily! You could do all of the strength workouts without weights, espcialilly if you're just starting out. But to get the most out of this challenge a set of dumbbells will be beneficial.
What if I have osteoporosis or joint pain?
Every workout is designed with safe modifications to fit your needs.

Can I download videos to save them to my device?

Can I keep the 7 Day Jumpstart Workouts?
No, these are inside the Be Healthy Enough Platform. Once you end your membership these will be locked down. BUT if you really loved them reach out and I can get your free access.
How do I pause or cancel my recurring membership?
