About me
After retiring from a 26 year career as an Engineering ProgramManager, I carved out a space in my life to pursue a greater passionfor helping others with their overall wellbeing. At age 50 I know ittakes time and effort to be healthy without aggravating aches andpains that naturally come with age, so I pursued extended education to focus specifically on my demographic. After a few years, Iexpanded my background in Personal Training, Group Fitness andIntegrative Nutrition certifications with courses in Myofascial Release using the MELT Method, Corrective Exercise with The Biomechanics Method, and courses in Senior and Midlife Fitness.
The most important thing that has come to me through continuededucation and personal experience is that the best approach tohealth is simply to Be Healthy Enough. Healthy enough to do thethings you love to do, to feel good, to feel satisfied, and to also beable to truly enjoy life.
Along with learning to ballroom dance with my husband, I lovespending time at home with my 4 furry kids, coaching clientsone-on-one, teaching group classes at my home studio, sharingfun bits of knowledge with my community, and continually expanding the reach of Be Healthy Enough via online programs.
