How do I access my account?

To access your account, click Sign In at the top right of the page and enter your email address. You can request a sign-in link be sent to your email address to sign in without the need for your password or you can enter your password without requesting a sign-in link.

How do I access the challenge?

Once you sign into your account, you’ll find the challenge under September Featured Content and in the Done For You Fitness Plan section.

Do I need any equipment?

Not necessarily! You can do many of the workouts without weights—especially if you’re just starting out.


That said, a light set of dumbbells will help you get the most out of the challenge. I’ll guide you through everything.

What if I have osteoporosis or joint pain?

You’re in the right place.
Every workout is designed with safe, age-appropriate movements and includes modifications for common conditions like joint pain and low bone density.
I’ll show you how to move smarter, not harder.

Can I download videos to save them to my device?

Our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to your device. However, you can access it anytime by signing into your account. If you're using our mobile app, you can save videos for offline playback, allowing you to watch your chosen videos later without an internet connection.

Will there be any live support or coaching?

Yes! During the challenge, I’ll be hosting group coaching calls to answer questions, offer tips, and keep you motivated.
