Yes! I understand that everyone is at a different spot in their fitness journey. That’s why I’ve created beginner workout plans to help you ease back into exercise—or start fresh—safely and effectively. If you need something more tailored, just reach out, and I’ll help you get started!

Why Should I pick Be Healthy Enough Over Other Fitness Programs?

With Be Healthy Enough, you’re not just getting a fitness program—you’re getting me as your personal trainer, guiding you every step of the way. Email me, text me, or join our private office hours for real-time support and answers whenever you need them.

How do I access my account?

How do I access the challenge?

Do I Need Special Equipment to Follow the Workouts?

Most of my workouts use dumbbells because building strong muscles is the key to longevity—and my specialty! If you’re just starting out, you don’t need any equipment at all. Some workouts involve getting on the floor, so a mat might come in handy.

To keep things fun and flexible (especially when you’re traveling), I also include workouts that use an exercise band, stability ball, or foam roller. Variety is key to staying consistent!

How Do I Stay Motivated to Work Out Consistently?

That’s one of my top priorities every month—finding ways to help you press play! I create new workout calendars with fun themes, host community challenges, and offer our new 'STREAK' feature to help you visually track your workout progress.

You’ll also get weekly newsletters, notifications, and community posts to keep your health top of mind.

And sometimes, I'll give you the little nudge you need with some tough love and the famous words: 'JUST DO IT!'"

What if I have osteoporosis or joint pain?

You’re in the right place.
Every workout is designed with safe, age-appropriate movements and includes modifications for common conditions like joint pain and low bone density.
I’ll show you how to move smarter, not harder.

Can I download videos to save them to my device?

Our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to your device. However, you can access it anytime by signing into your account. If you're using our mobile app, you can save videos for offline playback, allowing you to watch your chosen videos later without an internet connection.

Will there be any live support or coaching?

Yes! During the challenge, I’ll be hosting group coaching calls to answer questions, offer tips, and keep you motivated.

You’ll also have access to me directly via email—and I’m always happy to help you make a plan that works for your body.

Can I Pause or Cancel My Membership if Life Gets Busy, or I Have an Injury?
