How do I access the videos and materials?

Everything you need with be a "SIGN IN" away.   The Be Healthy Enough Digital Fitness Studio is an online workout platform that is each to access from your desktop computer or mobile device.

I'm afraid I won't be able to stay consistent with my crazy summer schedule.

Then just commit to Level 1 which is only 15 minutes a day and do what you can.  Something is better than nothing and one of my goals is to help you create a lasting exercise habit that you can't imagine living without.

But no one is perfect so if you miss a day, no problem, just pick up the next day and leave the past behind.

Moving makes you feel better and this is a chance for you to realized it while being support and staying safe.

What equipment do I need?

You’ll need basic equipment such as a mat, light weights, and a resistance band. Modifications are available if you don’t have these.  I have links to all of these on my website   Amy's Favorite Exercise Equipment.

What if I can't keep up with the workouts?

You get to pick your level!  And all workouts are designed with modifications to suit different fitness levels.   Need some extra help with a move?  Just ask.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes, there are levels to suit everyone, whether you’re just starting or looking for a challenge.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

The program is flexible, with workouts ranging from 15 to 30 minutes. You can choose what fits your schedule best.

Can I do the workouts if I have a previous injury?

Who doesn't have an ache or pain at our age.  Always consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program.  And YES, this program includes modifications and if you need help, just ask!

What if I don’t see results immediately?
