How do I access the program and materials?

Everything you need will be a "SIGN IN" away.   The Be Healthy Enough Digital Fitness Studio is an online workout platform that is each to access from your desktop computer or mobile device.

What equipment do I need?

You’ll need basic equipment such as a mat, light weights, and a resistance band. Modifications are available if you don’t have these.  I have links to all of these on my website   Amy's Favorite Exercise Equipment.

What if I can't keep up with the workouts?

You get to pick your level!  And all workouts are designed with modifications to suit different fitness levels.   Need some extra help with a move?  Just ask.

I'm afraid I won't be able to stay consistent with my crazy busy schedule.

Then just commit to Level 1 which is only 15 minutes a day and do what you can.  Something is better than nothing and one of my goals is to help you create a lasting exercise habit that you can't imagine living without.

But no one is perfect so if you miss a day, no problem, just pick up the next day and leave the past behind.

Moving makes you feel better and this is a chance for you to realized it while being support and staying safe.

If I join a Full Access Membership (monthly or yearly) how do I cancel?

On your desktop computer you have access to your DASHBOARD where you can easily cancel or change your membership.  Reach out if you get stuck.
