Some days I only have 20 minutes or less to exercise. Focusing on the bigger muscles in the legs and butt involves so much effort that it's almost like a cardio workout. 

This quick sequence is a great way to not only tone up but slim down those beautiful legs. Use weights if you'd like to push it, or stick to just body weight. This one might not be the best if your knees are aching at all. There are modifications included just in case, and remember that sometimes movement will help the joints feel better.

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells. Exercise Mat.
