Let's give those muscles a workout!

This unique workout is designed for the burn. The exercises chosen for this routine are not particularly difficult in terms of form, but we will be varying the speed and increasing the number of repetitions–perfect if you're more advanced. Regardless, beginners can easily modify this routine by limiting the amount of weight used or taking extra time to rest before we start the next exercise.


Equipment Needed: Dumbbells. Exercise Mat.
