Knee pain and tightness is a real thing. Past injuries, repetitive stress, poor posture, and so much more can contribute to achy knees and be a real de-motivator for getting moving. Even though something hurts, you've got to keep moving!
Most of this routine will have you performing exercises from a chair to keep stress off of your knees. It's up to you to take it easy in the workout or grab some heavy weights and pump your arms a bit harder. One way or another, you will feel it!
