In this gentle workout you’ll gain flexibility and muscle strength while also relieving the aches, stiffness, and soreness typical of aging joints. Such discomfort can be from normal wear and tear, an injury, or a form of arthritis. The good news is that joint pain can often be minimized by maintaining healthy body weight and strengthening surrounding muscles.
As a bonus I add some moves to strengthen your core and improve your balance too!
