About This Video
This Pilates routine is intended for those who've mastered the basics of Pilates and can comfortably complete the Practical Pilates workout.
In Pilates, as well as other exercises, it's very important that you first build a strong foundation so you don't hurt yourself later on down the road. If you lose form or push yourself beyond your limits you will likely hurt your low back and we absolutely do not want that. In the 40 minutes we work together, I'll be incorporating the classic moves along with a few more intermediate ones. After you're done you'll feel taller, leaner, and more flexible.
Equipment Needed: Exercise Mat.
