Oh those jiggling arms...
Along with having a flat belly, sagging arms are what most of my current and prospective clients are looking to improve. It's never too early to start toning up those arms for tank top season. Or, if you're having hot flashes like me, it's tank top season all year long! :)
This workout is just 15 minutes long. Try it once with lighter weights, then go a bit higher to get the maximum benefit in a short amount of time. Listen to your body throughout and please stop if you have any shoulder pain.
