Thank you for putting together this series. I faithfully did your workout for a long time but then caring for new grandchildren and moving led to me stopping. I started walking months ago and that helped me get active again. Thought that would be enough but then noticed balance and strength were decreasing so I decided to try yoga, which was painful. So I joined your program again. I can really tell I need it and I haven't had any injuries like I experienced when I tried yoga. Thank you for helping me get fit - again!
